WARM UP


JOIN MOVILITY 
Join mobilty consist to move all your joins for don´t get injures you must do it in an order first move your neck , then move your shoulders first forward and backward.
ACTIVATION
It consist to activate our body and we are going to activate with a game call GAVILAN one person is in the midle of the gym and the others in a side of the gym the person os the midle has to say gavilan and the others have to go to the other side without being caught in the middle, if they are caught they have to hold hands and continue the game and so on
STRECHING
You must hold each stretching around 15-20 seconds. The objective is to maintain your elasticity of the muscle (quads,hamstringscalves,pecs back, muscles…).
